The idea to create Diverge Camper Company started after the birth of our second child. We wanted a way to go off grid camping, yet have all of the essentials like electricity and running water. Our passion was to someday start a camper company to bring the joy of the outdoors to individuals and families. After the death of a close family friend and mentor, we were inspired with a sense of urgency to enjoy our kids now and not wait until retirement to enjoy future grandkids because the future is never certain. The definition of diverge is to “separate from another route, especially a main one, and go in a different direction.” We encourage you to choose your own adventure and Diverge from common paths. Take the Sojourner model and roam from place to place, exploring and enjoying the beauty all around you.
